The new Saint Mary’s College Academic Building is a 65,000 SF building containing 17 classrooms and over ninety faculty and staff offices. The forms and materials compliment the existing architectural language of the campus.

South Bend Civic Theatre, South Bend, IN
ADG designed renovations and an addition to a historic 1917 church as a new home for the South Bend Civic Theatre. The existing 800-seat sanctuary space, which includes a spectacular windowed dome, became SBCT’s new 200-seat main stage theatre.

Administration Building, IU South Bend, IN
ADG is currently involved with a comprehensive renovation of the Administration Building for Indiana University’s South Bend Campus. Because the project is being financed through fund raising efforts, work is being constructed in phases so that it can be completed as the funds become available.

Roberts Hall of Science and Dicke Hall of Mathematics, Culver, IN
The Roberts Hall of Science and Mathematics is a 64,000 square foot facility housing classrooms and offices for both the science and math departments at Culver Academies. Science teaching spaces for chemistry, biology, and integrated science are designed as combination lab/ classroom, allowing the class to move from lecture to lab effortlessly in the same period.

Saint Marys College Center, Notre Dame, IN
ADG created the new College Center in two phases: Phase One contains the new Noble Family Dining Hall, and Phase two a Student Center. ADG designed the building to compliment the existing campus architecture. Brick, limestone, and slate clad the exterior of the building.

American Trust Place, South Bend, IN
American Trust Place is a multi-use urban development project in downtown South Bend. The project included the renovation of a vacant limestone structure listed by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and a five story addition. The American Trust Place will house office, retail, and residential tenants. |

Sacred Heart, Warsaw
The initial phase of ADG’s 10-year Master Plan was completed in the Spring of 2009. The project included a 3,350 SF, 200-seat church addition with a 30-seat Meditation Chapel, and a 5,200 SF classroom addition to the School. |

Steinbrenner Performing Arts, Culver IN
This project consisted of interior renovations and construction of the Steinbrenner Performing Arts addition to Eppley auditorium, a 1400-seat proscenium stage theater built in 1958. This project fully updated and expanded both the theater and its support spaces. |

Student Activities Center, IU South Bend, IN
The Student Activities Center provides facilities for varsity and recreational athletics, student government offices, wellness center, café, meeting rooms, and social lounges. The 106,000 SF building includes athletic courts, an aerobics room, a fitness room, locker rooms, and a suspended running track. |
